As a Software Development Engineer at Trellix, I build and prototype AI services that help teams work with complex customer and security data. The work sits at the intersection of data pipelines, generative AI, and practical support workflows.

What I have built

• AI systems for customer support aimed at improving response efficiency.
• Reporting automation by aggregating company data in BigQuery and feeding it into Gemini.
• Personalized security guidance that turns product settings and security reports into clearer next steps for customers.
• A sentiment-analysis prototype that identified over 500 agitated customer cases to support faster follow-up.
• Detection for falsely urgent requests to improve support prioritization.
• A churn prediction model prototype using Vertex AI (prototype succeeded; not yet implemented in production).

Salesforce

Alongside core engineering work, I earned the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder credential and have used that knowledge to prototype and test platform capabilities tied to organizational needs.
